Nasacé x Ora Mei | Capturing Nature's Beauty: Handmade Midi Skirts (I)

Hey there, slow living enthusiasts!

I'm so excited to share some delightful news with you today. Here at Ora Mei, we've started a creative journey that's close to our hearts, and we can't wait to take you along for the ride.

Inspired by the serene beauty of the Dolomite mountains that surround us, I've teamed up with a local talent- Dalila, founder of Nasacé - to bring you something truly special: handmade midi skirts that capture the essence of nature's beauty.

The collaboration began with a simple idea – to infuse our love for slow living and handmade craftsmanship into wearable art pieces that reflect the breathtaking landscape of our surroundings. And thus, the journey began.

From brainstorming sessions amidst blooming wildflowers to late-night discussions on printing techniques and fabric choices, every step of the process has been an adventure. Together, we've explored the intricate details of locally grown flowers, studied traditional Asian wrap skirts for inspiration, and experimented with artisan printing techniques such as screen printing and block printing.

The result? A collection of midi wrap skirts that embody the spirit of slow living, craftsmanship, and natural beauty. Made with love and attention to detail, each midi skirt is crafted from natural fabrics and adorned with hand-printed designs that pay homage to the flora and fauna of the Dolomites.

But our collaboration is about more than just creating beautiful garments – it's about celebrating the magic of handmade, embracing the beauty of nature, and fostering a sense of community and connection with each wear.

So, what can you expect from this enchanting collaboration? Stay tuned for the official launch of ora mei handmade midi skirt collection, complete with behind-the-scenes glimpses, sneak peeks of the designs (follow ora.mei on instagram!), and exclusive insights into the creative process.

With love and gratitude.
