Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email - subject to stock availability, naturally. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

Return policy

Thank you for your purchase.

While I hope that your order is everything you hoped for, should you wish to send it back to me, rest assured I have done my utmost to make this a process that is simple and straightforward.

Please see below for more information on the return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please email at support@ora-mei.com or enter your email address and fill the form above. I ask also that you take the time to share the reason for your return. This way, I can absorb your feedback in the hope that I can continuously make improvements, reduce returns and in turn, our carbon footprint.

I will email you the necessary paperwork and procedures to complete the return process.

 

At present, I am not able to offer free returns and so you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the items, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items can not be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom handmade products

  • Seasonal items/holiday decor

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me at support@ora-mei.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
